Interview by José Valim @ Dashbit
Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost 6 years since I started using Elixir. During that time, I’ve open-sourced various Elixir libraries, given talks, answered tons of questions on StackOverflow, and had the chance to work with some really talented people on amazing products.
One of them is Slab, a real-time collaborative team wiki built completely with Elixir and Phoenix, leveraging powerful features of the ecosystem like OTP, Behaviours, PubSub and more. A while back, José Valim (the creator of Elixir) reached out to do a Case Study on us for the official Elixir website, and as part of the interview, discussed how we’ve been using Elixir in production building Slab, any issues we’ve encountered, hiring, and experience with the ecosystem in general.

Forgot to post this before, but we at @slab were recently interviewed by @josevalim & the @elixirlang team on how we're using Elixir/OTP 👨🏼💻
